Issues of mobile equipment based on carry-in and maintenance of barcode scanners, hand and truck terminals, access points and other equipment are coordinated by our Service Center in Hendrik Ido Ambacht.

Before you send or offer your equipment to Dalosy, you must first report the issue so that we are aware of it. After we have received your report, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from us. The RMA number indicates that your issue is known in our system and is necessary to guarantee a smooth handling of your issue.

What to do after submitting the form
  • After receiving the RMA number, send your device in its original packaging or, if not available, in any case adequately packaged to:
    Dalosy Projects B.V.
    Attn. Customer Service Desk
    Nieuwe Bosweg 10
  • Always state the RMA number on the outside of the packaging, with a prominent sticker! Also include a clear description of the complaint; preferably use transparent transport envelopes.
  • Always quote the RMA number in question with and/or correspondence with the Dalosy Customer Service Desk.
  • The costs for sending equipment to Dalosy are for the account of the customer/client. Transport damage or loss of the goods during transport to Dalosy is at the risk of the customer/client.
  • The equipment must be received by Dalosy no later than 10 working days after issuing the RMA number. After this period the RMA number expires.
