All legal acts performed by Dalosy concerning purchases and sales are subject to the NLdigital Terms and Conditions 2025, filed with the District Court of Midden-Nederland, located in Utrecht. Any general terms and conditions of our contractual counterparties are expressly rejected, unless we explicitly agree to their applicability in writing.
